All three horses ran very well on Sunday at Exeter. Haldon Hill showed immense promise finishing a three quarter length second to a former French grade 1 bumper winner. He jumped brilliantly and looks to have a very bright future.
Mahler’s First showed his best form to date with a close third in the three mile handicap chase after a much improved round of jumping.
Bindon Lane had his racecourse debut in the concluding bumper finishing only 16 lengths behind the winner. He was still galloping strongly at the line and will now go over hurdles.
On Sunday we run Minnie Escape and Shutscombe Hill at Fontwell in their first hurdle followed by Exmoor Mist on Monday in the 2m4f handicap chase at Kempton.
