Howardian Hills opened his campaign at Wolverhampton today finishing sixth in the 1m 4f handicap. He ran well enough and led into the straight and I’m sure he will come on for the run. He had a bad journey going to the races when the horse box suffered two separate tyre blowouts on the M5, this meant he spent most of the day travelling arriving one  and a half hours before the race, when normally we arrive three hours before the race. At least the handicapper should drop him.

Admiral’s Secret runs in the 0-140 2m handicap chase at Ludlow on Sunday. I’m hoping he behaves himself and starts.
