Howardian Hills showed his last race at Leicester to be all wrong, with a pillar to post win on Monday night at Wolverhampton.

Luke Morris gave the horse an exceptional ride and made use of his stamina. The rest of the field were strung out up the home straight, it will depend on what the handicapper does with him after this victory but he may run at the end of the month back at Wolverhampton or Kempton in mid August.

The win has been a big boost to the yard and I am looking forward to the core National Hunt season which starts in October. We have several really nice young prospects to run including Run to Milan, Bolving and Admiral Secret. I am particularly looking forward to Exmoor Mist, Dancing Shadow and Bindon Mill this season. Of lasts years Bumper horses River Bray stands out as being a particularly exciting prospect.
